How We Can End Poverty (and Make Trillions) with Darryl Finkton.
Abdul interviews the community organizer and investor.
I’ve known Darryl Finkton since we overlapped with each other in Oxford. We even published a few academic papers together when he was still considering a career in medicine.
Since, he’s worked in healthcare, finance, and venture capital. But perhaps more importantly, he has left all that to advocate for his vision of a minimum basic income, founded out of his own experiences growing up in a low-income household in Indiana.
His story is both inspiring and educational — and his advocacy reminds us what’s at stake. He joined me to talk about his experiences, his advocacy, and his vision of an America where we “End Poverty, Make Trillions.”
