Good Analysis of a Judge who is, "out of their lane." Keeping my mask on.

After ruling, I wrote to Amtrak and suggested they use a great marketing tool--

We wear masks on board; we value our workers, our customers and the people they love.

Word salad - yup, that sums it up. Seems to be a popular dish lately among legislators. It's a disease itself, poisoning and dividing our country.

The decision by Judge Mizelle to drop the mask requirement on plane flights and in other public venues puts public health safety at risk. The numbers of Covid cases are currently on the rise. Judge Mizelle was called unqualified by the American Bar Association because of her lack of meaningful trial experience. Further, she was approved in a lame duck session by the Republican controlled Senate. It is vital that the DOJ appeal and overturn her ruling. She has undermined the role of the CDC in protecting public health. The CDC used to be highly effective and authoritative. It’s historic role was diminished and politicized by Trump. The DOJ was also controlled and marginalized by Trump. Both agencies are trying to recover their governmental roles. They must succeed for the good of all Americans. The residual destructive effect of an incompetent and malignant Trump is still impacting us. Enough!
